Vendors must provide:
30+ promotional items for inclusion in gift bags.

Ocean City Hempfest is a family friendly event. We encourage our vendors to display hemp merchandise or hemp related merchandise. This is not a CBD event. Although we promote hemp as medicine only a limited number of vendors selling CBD will be permited. We look forward to the diversity of items that can and are made from hemp.
Rules:
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARAPHERNALIA
- ABSOLUTELY NO MARIJUANA OR THC
- NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR ALCOHOL SALES
- NO ROAMING VENDORS
- NO PAPER FLYERS OR PAPER HANDOUTS
- NO OUTSIDE EVENT PROMOTORS
- NO GAMES OF CHANCE
- NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING IN EVENT ZONE
- NO INFLATABLE POP-UPS
- NO GENERATORS OR GAS MOTORS(power-packs only)
- NO SALES OF ITEMS NOT LISTED ON YOUR APPLICATION
- NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES

Security and Night security will be provided in event zone. OCPD is not security for this event.
You are required to get insurance for your vending space and You are responsible to secure your own vending space.
Your Pop-up must be 10' x 10' in white or blue only. Branded or Custom Pop-ups Contact Us
You must provide your own tables and chairs
Minimal Electric can be obtained for an extra fee. (electric is mostly reserved for food vendors)
